Terms & Conditions — Your Next Chapter Session

By purchasing a Your Next Chapter session, you agree to the following terms.

Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of booking. All prices are in Canadian dollars. Your session is not confirmed until payment has been received.

Booking & Preparation
Sessions must be booked a minimum of 72 hours in advance. Upon booking, you will receive an intake form requesting your birth date, birth time, and birth location, along with a few questions about where you are right now and what you most need clarity on. Once I have received the Intake Form you will get an Email with the link to book your session within the next 24 Business Hours.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
All sales are final. No refunds are available once a session has been purchased. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours before your session time. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the session will be accommodated at my discretion. No-shows forfeit the session in full.

Recording
Your session will be recorded and sent to your inbox following our call. By booking, you consent to being recorded for this purpose. The recording is for your personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or published in any form without written permission.

Confidentiality
What you share in your session is held in confidence. I may reference patterns or themes from client work in my content, but only in composite and never in a way that identifies you personally.

Results
